AIU Updates
For the past 15 years AIU has mainly operated through Facebook. As FB has evolved some features are creating circumstances that make managing our groups more difficult. We also understand that many are not comfortable using a public platform (even though our groups are private).
AIU has been working to find more ways to better reach our AIU community. We’d love your help and feedback on a couple ideas we are testing. Facebook has been and continues to be an excellent resource for many and we will keep using this as long as it continues to be beneficial. However, we’re also going to try a few other things.
First, we’re testing out this newsletter on our website vs a 3rd party platform like MailChimp. We hope that this more blog like newsletter will be easy to find and access.
Second, this is a big one. We’ve been working to create a members only section on our website. This will be a place to find all our free downloads, access special webinars and if you which to join our in house forum hosted on this website. We need some help testing this out so please use the volunteer form below if you’d like to help. (check other and write in help with new members forum)
Hurry and get your order in as AIU clears out our stock to make way for new designs.
We still have some adorable zebras and lunch bags from our conference. We are combining them with injection containers, a water bottle and lots of stickers! Supplies are limited.

Seeking lunch and learn hosts for 2027. 
During years we don’t have our large patient conferences AIU has one day educational events called “Lunch and Learns”. These are planned as local events and include a morning session, lunch, and an afternoon session. In 2025 we had lunch and learns in Phoenix Arizona, Portland Oregon, and Los Angeles California. Could your city be next?
As the on-site AIU host your tasks would include: finding/touring venues, securing speakers, seeking local sponsors, promoting the event and helping to run the event itself.
AIU provides funding for the event and helps in the planning process.

Adrenal Insufficiency United is growing, and we are always looking for passionate volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by adrenal insufficiency. Whether you have a few hours a month or are looking for a larger role, there are many ways to get involved.
Whether you have professional skills to help with short projects or a simple desire to give your time and effort AIU can use you!
Volunteering with AIU is a meaningful way to support awareness, education, advocacy, and community for those living with adrenal insufficiency. Every contribution matters.
